    - Work Experience : Developing Web application for more than 3 years
    - Language : Java or Javascript or C# or Objective-c or Swift
    - Japanese Skill : N3
    - Be able to work in Nagoya (HQ) for about 3-5 years
    - Be able to adjust new environment, try to do new things
