<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is steel frame company, is now looking for an "Factory Manager Assistant".<Job description (details)>1. Factory management support:- Product Progress Management- Inventory management- Import/Export- Factory staff management- Responding to emails and phone calls from clients2. Accounting:- Issue invoices to customers- VAT declaration- Communicate with Japanese General Director on accounting matters3. HR:- Salary calculation and payment- Social insurance fee calculation and payment- Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews4. Other:- Other tasks assigned by Factory Manager
