  - BS degree
  - Mechanical or technical background
  - At least 3 yrs exp proven in construction management, means and method
  - Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  - Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  - Strong leadership and human resource management skills
  - Ready to work overtime, go for business trip, work at site
  - Good command of writing and speaking English and ability to prepare reports and statistics
  - Able to use Microsoft project software

  - MBA degree is a big plus
  - Knowledge in processing is an advantage
  - PMP certificate is preferred
