    ＜Job Description＞
    - Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specification and quality
    - Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of sub-contractors
    - Control the safety, schedule, quality, cost and instruct Sub-contractors
    - Making shop drawing by AUTO CAD
    - Follow renovation project.
    - Follow Maintenance works.
    - Other related tasks are assigned by Manager.

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree majoring in Civil Engineering. 
    - English: Intermediate level.
    - At least 5 years of experience at construction site.
    - Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - Having worked in Industrial project is advantage
    - Having worked in Japanese company is advantage
