  ＜Job summary＞

This role is responsible for designing, setting up, and maintaining electrical test fixtures and equipment for production.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  - Design, manufacture, modify, and maintain electrical test fixtures for production
  - Support ICT, FCT, and functional electrical testing for printed circuit board (PCB) products
  - Build electrical connections between test fixtures and testing equipment
  - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical fixtures and test equipment
  - Ensure the reliability, safety, and testing accuracy of all fixtures
  - Create and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and fixture maintenance records
  - Collaborate with QA, production, and engineering teams to improve test efficiency and product quality
  - Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production ramp-up activities
  - Perform regular maintenance and calibration checks on test fixtures and devices
  - Analyze defects and implement corrective actions during manufacturing processes
  - Other related duties as assigned
