  ＜Job summary＞
  A premier Japanese civil engineering and construction firm is hiring a Design and Construction Support Engineer (Deputy Manager) in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang. The role involves leading project review, personnel placement, execution scheduling, and quality management for Japanese clients.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Review business progress, allocate personnel, manage project schedules, and ensure quality control for civil engineering construction and design support for Japanese clients
  -Support drawing creation for construction sites
  -Perform quantity take-off and prepare quantity calculation sheets
  -Prepare and support construction site documentation, including construction plans and organization charts
  -Assist with design drawing creation
  -Perform structural/engineering analysis and review, such as thermal stress analysis and slope stability analysis
  -Create BIM/CIM models
  -Other related duties as assigned
