  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for leading technical‑driven sales activities for industrial refrigeration and utility systems. This role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, designing suitable system concepts, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and providing advanced engineering consultation throughout the sales cycle.
  -The engineer acts as a key technical interface between customers, engineering teams, and service teams—ensuring that proposed solutions meet technical standards, operational requirements, and customer expectations. As a senior-level contributor, the engineer demonstrates strong technical judgment, deep product knowledge, and the ability to independently manage complex technical sales opportunities.

  1. Technical Solution Development
  - Develop technical solutions for industrial refrigeration systems (NH₃, Freon, CO₂).
  - Perform engineering calculations, load analysis, equipment selection, and conceptual system design.
  - Review customer specifications and translate them into feasible, optimized system concepts.
  - Provide engineering recommendations to improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
  2. Technical Sales & Proposal Engineering
  - Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQ, cost sheets, and commercial documentation.
  - Present technical concepts and system benefits to customers and consultants.
  - Support sales team with deep technical clarification and solution justification.
  - Participate in technical negotiations and respond to technical inquiries professionally.
  3. Customer Technical Consultation
  - Provide expert-level consultation on existing refrigeration systems, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  - Conduct site surveys, system assessments, and technical audits.
  - Offer recommendations for system improvement, maintenance strategies, and equipment replacement.
  - Build strong customer trust through reliable and professional engineering support.
  4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  - Coordinate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
  - Work with service engineers to develop service packages, overhaul plans, and upgrade solutions.
  - Support project handover with technical documentation and engineering clarification.
  - Ensure proposed solutions align with MYCOM product capabilities and technical standards.
  5. Technical Contribution
  - Provide internal technical knowledge sharing (refrigeration systems, product knowledge, maintenance concepts).
  - Contribute technical insights to product development, market analysis, and competitive evaluation.
  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of refrigeration technologies, industry standards, and market trends.
