  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for promoting and selling service solutions and standard products to customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
  This position manages the full sales cycle, including lead development, customer communication, technical consultation, proposal preparation, and contract follow‑up.

  1. Service Proposal & Solution Sales
  - Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service plans, maintenance programs, and technical support solutions.
  - Present service offerings clearly, including scope, benefits, and cost structure.
  - Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and internal technical input.
  - Follow up on proposals to secure orders and maintain strong customer engagement.
  2. Standard Products Sales
  - Promote MYK standard product and explain specifications, features, and application suitability.
  - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proposed products meet technical and operational requirements.
  - Prepare accurate quotations, commercial terms, and delivery schedules for the sales products.
  - Support customers during pre‑sales and post‑sales processes, including basic technical clarification.
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new customers.
  - Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  -Manage customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  - Maintain customer records, sales activities, and communication logs for internal reporting.
  4. Internal Coordination & Sales Operations
  - Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure accurate proposal preparation.
  - Coordinate delivery schedules, documentation, and internal approvals for service and sales.
  - Support contract preparation, order processing, and handover to service or project execution teams.
  - Ensure compliance with internal sales procedures, pricing policies, and documentation standards.
  5. Market Development & Sales Strategy
  - Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in target industries.
  - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  - Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer seminars as required.
  - Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall business performance.
