  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a proactive Automation Project Engineer to drive factory automation projects from a technical perspective in close collaboration with the sales team. Rather than pure sales or detailed mechanical drafting, this role focuses on site analysis, equipment concept evaluation, SIer management, and site installation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of technical coordination and help turn customer production challenges into successful automation solutions.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Visit client factories with sales representatives to analyze current production lines and technical needs.
  - Clarify customer requirements and formulate equipment concepts in consultation with System Integrators (SIers).
  - Review and evaluate mechanical/electrical design proposals created by SIers for technical validity.
  - Monitor manufacturing progress, delivery schedules, and technical issues after order confirmation.
  - Lead on-site installation, machine setup, parameter tuning, and trial runs at client facilities.
  - Perform site troubleshooting and resolve technical problems during machine commissioning.
  - Identify potential technical needs through client communication and propose next steps to the sales team.
  - Coordinate technical discussions between customers, internal sales, SIers, and partner vendors.
  - Manage technical documentation, specifications, and project status reports.
  - Perform other related technical and project management tasks assigned by the manager.
