  <Job Summary>
  You will be in charge of the Interpreting an internal meeting in the Japanese Automotive shop, Suzuki.
  
  <Detail>
  - Interpreting Japanese for Japanese managers during meetings and training sessions at the office, factory, or on business trips when required.
  - Interpreting during seminars and meetings with Japanese partners, clients, and experts.
  - Interpreting for Japanese directors at company-organized events.
  - Translating technical documents on automotive products, maintenance and repair procedures, and training materials.
  - Translating documents and emails from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa when requested by superiors.
  - Preparing meeting minutes and related reports in Japanese or Vietnamese when requested by superiors.
  - Assisting Vietnamese staff in communicating with Japanese managers.
  - Assisting with other tasks as requested by superiors.
