  - Responsible for coordinating and working directly with the Japanese headquarters to support the bidding and cost estimation process

  - Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
  - Assist the Japanese side in quantity take-offs (collecting quantities) and preparing cost estimates using specialized estimation software
  - Communicate regularly with the Japanese team to ensure data accuracy and project alignment
  - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager and discussed during the interview
