  【Job Summary】
  This position is designed for a highly capable Electrical Engineer who will join the organization as a staff-level engineer, with a clear and structured path to become a department manager within approximately 10 years. The role is ideal for professionals who are motivated not only by technical excellence but also by long-term leadership responsibility in a stable, manufacturing-focused environment.
  
  The successful candidate will initially focus on hands-on electrical engineering work related to factory infrastructure, machinery, and utilities. Over time, the role will expand to include team
  leadership, cross-functional coordination, and managerial decision-making. This position is part of a long-term succession plan to eventually replace a local managerial role and lead a department of approximately 50 engineers and technicians.
  
  From a technical perspective, the role emphasizes electrical systems design, programming, troubleshooting, and adjustment, rather than simple machine operation. You will be expected to work with distribution boards, electrical control panels, factory power systems, and infrastructure utilities such as gas systems. Experience in mechanical coordination is welcomed, particularly for candidates who have worked on machine adjustment, calibration, and maintenance planning rather than only operating equipment.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Perform electrical engineering tasks related to factory facilities, production equipment, and infrastructure systems.
  -Troubleshoot, adjust, and improve electrical systems, including control panels, distribution boards, and power supply systems.
  -Support machinery maintenance activities with an electrical and control-focused approach.
  -Handle basic programming related to electrical control systems (PLC or equivalent).
  -Participate in factory infrastructure development, including utilities such as gas, power, and safety systems.
  -Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation.
  -Support internal and external audits, certifications, and compliance-related activities.
  -Work closely with existing team leaders and senior engineers, many of whom are highly experienced and older.
  -Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior staff and coordinating small teams.
  -Assist the current department manager and prepare for long-term succession into a managerial role.
  -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with manufacturing best practices.
  -Communicate with Japanese stakeholders using Japanese language skills at a business-support level.
  -Other related tasks.
