  【Job Summary 】
  - Responsible for work as a Production Department Head
  
  【Job detail】
  ‐ Manage the production line (precision mechanical processing), ensure to achieve the Target/ KPI including: labor safety, quality, delivery time, productivity, cost of production tools etc.
  - Set up the Action Plan for the group.
  - Implement and propose production improvements to increase production efficiency.
  - Conduct training and correct mistakes for team members..
  - Supervise and remind employees to comply with company regulations and production processes.
  - Monitor and evaluate employees’ performance and capabilities
  - Propose a new organizational structure of the group to raise up productivity.
  - Report all issues related to the department.
