  <Job Summary>
  In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation in premix formulations, tailoring products to meet both Vietnamese market taste preferences and global quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, marketing, and local and regional business units to develop new premix recipes, optimize existing formulations, and support product localization initiatives. Your work directly contributes to our mission of delivering premium, safe, and convenient food solutions rooted in Japanese expertise and local insight.
  
  <Detail>
  - Develop new premix products (bread, batter, bakery mix, seasoning blends) tailored to Vietnamese consumer tastes and industry needs.
  - Reformulate existing products to improve quality, performance, cost efficiency, and shelf-stability.
  - Conduct lab-scale trials, pilot production, sensory tests, and stability studies.
  - Work closely with the production team to scale up R&D formulations to full-scale manufacturing.
  - Perform product benchmarking and competitive analysis within the premix and processed food categories.
  - Collaborate with QA / QC to ensure all products comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSC, HALAL if relevant).
  - Partner with marketing and sales to translate consumer insights or customer requests into viable product proposals.
  - Support localization strategies by blending Japanese technological know-how with local flavor profiles and consumption habits.
  - Maintain documentation for formulation specifications, process parameters, and technical data sheets.
  - Provide technical support to customers (e.g., food processing companies, chain restaurants) by advising on product usage, scaling, and performance.
  - Monitor regulatory trends in food ingredients and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
