  [Job Summary]
  - Build - operate - monitor the entire quality system of the factory, ensure compliance with standards, stability, reduce errors, reduce waste and upgrade standards towards ISO/GMP and export.
  
  [Job Description] (details)
  A. Quality System Management (QA)
  - Establish, update and maintain the entire quality documentation system: SOP, WI, forms, technical standards.
  - Ensure compliance with the systems: ISO 9001, ISO 15378, GMP, 5S.
  - Approve BOM, raw material standards - semi-finished products - finished products.
  - Change Control, Risk Assessment.
  - Control of customer complaints handling & CAPA.
  - Periodic supplier assessment.
  - Organize internal audits and customer audits.
  
  B. Production Quality Control (QC)
  - Develop IQC - PQC - OQC inspection plans.
  - Organize input inspections: plastics, additives, components, molds, packaging.
  - Quality monitoring at the line: injection molding, blowing, printing, stamping, spray painting.
  - Check finished products before shipping.
  - Set up inspection standards: size, weight, durability, tightness, color.
  - Control recurring errors, analyze causes according to 5Why, Ishikawa.
  - Manage LPA (Layered Process Audit).
  
  C. Laboratory management
  - Manage measuring equipment and periodically calibrate.
  - Analyze test results and prepare quality statistics reports.
  
  D. Reduce errors - improve quality
  - Analyze quality data using SPC, Minitab.
  - Propose improvements to processes, molds, and raw materials.
  - Reduce error rates to KPI targets.
  - Participate in LEAN and Kaizen improvements.
  
  E. QC/QA department personnel management
  - Training QC/QA staff.
  - Assign staff by shift.
  - Build KPI for quality department.
  - Periodic capacity assessment.
