  <Summary>
  You’ll be working as an on-site QC staff member at a factory producing casual shirts and pants for an American brand.
  
  <Detail>
  - Pre-production Sample Inspection: Check materials, measurements, and sewing quality to ensure samples meet required specifications before mass production.
  - In-line Inspection: Monitor production lines to identify and correct any defects or mistakes during the manufacturing process.
  - Final Inspection: Examine finished products for workmanship, size accuracy, stains, and damages before shipment approval.
  - Defect Analysis and Improvement Feedback: Identify root causes of defects and provide feedback to the factory to prevent recurrence.
  - Quality Reports and Documentation: Record inspection results and prepare quality reports for internal use or submission to clients/headquarters.
  - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager
