  ■Job summary
  As a Senior Architect at a global architecture, planning & engineering firm, you will lead complex architectural design and delivery projects across a variety of sectors (commercial, institutional, cultural, urban & residential).
  You will work across all phases from concept & schematic design through construction documentation, coordination, and site monitoring.
  You will manage and mentor a design team, liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring that design vision, quality, sustainability, and budget & schedule targets are met.
  You will also contribute to business development (proposals, presentations), help refine practice-wide design standards, and drive innovation & best practice, especially in digital design, BIM, sustainability, and integrated workflows.
  
  ■Job description(details)
  - The successful Candidate will be expected to work as an Architect (and as an Urban Designer when required) in support of company.
  - Attend and facilitate presentations, workshops, and project meetings.
  - Support business development efforts, including attending meetings with potential clients, listening to new project briefs, preparing proposals, observing/analyzing project sites and buildings, etc.
  - Support project design management, from concept design through authorship supervision.
  - Liaise with owners, consultants and contractors, work with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet project objectives.
  - Direct and/or cooperate with project team members to develop design ideas and solutions for assigned projects.
  - Coordinate efforts with related local authorities and member departments.
