  As the Assembly Line Section Manager, you will lead and oversee the assembly operations for roller chain production within our modern manufacturing facility.
  You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety, while driving continuous improvement aligned with Japanese manufacturing standards and local requirements.
  Your role bridges the operational excellence of a global chain manufacturer with the dynamic growth of our Vietnamese production facility.

  -Oversee daily assembly operations of the CN line, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets.
  -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operators and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  -Monitor key production metrics—such as cycle time, defect rate, and yield—and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  -Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to resolve technical issues and optimize uptime.
  -Enforce compliance with safety protocols, Japanese-standard quality controls, and local regulations.
  -Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  -Manage shift schedules, resource allocation, and labor utilization effectively.
  -Prepare and submit regular performance reports, production forecasts, and highlight improvement initiatives to senior management.
