  <Job Summary>
  You will be working as the first member of the team to develop new businesses for Vietnamese companies. The manager will come to Vietnam from Japan for about two weeks once a month, so it is an environment where people with some experience and the ability to take initiative can thrive.
  
  <Detail>
  - Leverage your technical knowledge in sales activities to propose products to customers, provide technical support, and solve problems.
  - Familiar with production planning, production management, quality control, and shipping.
  - Also responsible for factory management.
  - Interview customers and understand their needs.
  - Propose products and technologies, and prepare quotes.
  - Discuss specifications and collaborate with the design and manufacturing departments.
  - Provide post-delivery follow-up and technical support.
  - Participate in factory operations through collaboration with Japanese colleagues. （Use Japanese language）
  - Other tasks from the manager.
