    - Install products into design drawings
    - Develop and manage product standard

    【Job Descriptions】(details)
    A. Install products into design drawings (“Spec-in”)
    - Work with design consultants, architects, and engineers to introduce and advise on installing the company's products into design drawings and construction estimates.
    - Grasp the project progress from the preliminary design stage to proactively propose suitable products.
    B. Develop and manage product standard profiles
    - Search, connect, and work with organizations, agencies, and businesses that have influence in issuing or applying technical standards.
    - Build and complete standard profiles, certifications, technical specifications, etc., to meet the requirements of the market and each target customer group.
    - Monitor, update, and propose adjustments to make the product conform to new technical standards or industry trends.

    <Must>
    - Graduated from Fire Prevention University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology / Ho Chi Minh City. University of Architecture, University of Construction
    - Good communication skills, confident in presentation and persuasion
    - Logical and flexible thinking, ability to handle situations quickly
    - Ability to build, maintain and develop relationships in the industry

    <Prefer>
    - Graduated from majors related to pipelines (wastewater, industrial water), such as Polytechnic, Engineering, Fire Prevention and Fighting schools, and Electromechanical majors.
    - Experience in product standard documents
    - Can communicate in Chinese/English
    - Priority is given to candidates who have worked as MEP engineers, technical engineers, technical business or spec-in (minimum 2 years of experience).
