  - Responsible for work as a Metal Welding Line Operation Engineer

  - Responsible for managing and coordinating all technical activities related to sheet metal welding processes.
  - Conduct experiments, optimize, and design component processing procedures using welding equipment such as TIG, MIG, Laser, and Spot welding machines.
  - Handle technical issues arising during production and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timelines and product quality.
  - Plan and execute periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  - Apply CAD/CAM software in technical design and transfer data to production systems.
  - Participate in process improvement initiatives based on Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity and product quality.
