  【Job Summary】
  You will be assigned as an Assistant Manager in the Production Department at our manufacturing site located in the Phuc Dien Industrial Zone in Northern Vietnam.

  - Interpretation support within the factory, mainly between Japanese supervisors and local staff.
  - Assisting with communication and operational instructions in the production department (e.g., conveying machine operation procedures, supporting the preparation of documents related to customer claims).
  - Supporting production and manufacturing management tasks.
  - In the future, you may also accompany sales activities and be involved in organizational development, with potential to grow into a managerial position.
  - Other tasks will be assigned by the manager.
