  - Responsible for working as a software engineer.
  
  【Job description】
  Smart Factory Implementation:
  - Lead and support projects aimed at transforming current manufacturing processes into smart, data-driven operations.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT, AI, and other Industry 4.0 technologies into our production systems.
  - Design and implement automation solutions to streamline factory processes.
  - Process Analysis and Improvement:
  - Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
  - Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  - Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  Data Analysis and Reporting:
  - Use data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and production performance.
  - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all manufacturing processes.
  - Generate insights and actionable recommendations from data to drive operational improvements.
  - Collaborate with Smart Factory team to enhance data integration and accessibility, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  - Create and maintain dashboards from database for data visualization and monitoring, using Python, SQL, or similar.
  - Present findings and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  Continuous Improvement:
  - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving among team members.
  - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in industrial engineering and smart manufacturing technologies.
  - Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
