    1. Quality management
    2. Planning a production schedule
    3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints
    4. Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
    5. Reporting production plan to BOD
    6. Overseeing production process
    7. Receive and respond to standards from customers
    8. Other tasks assinged by Japanese Manager
