    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with any major
    - 3 years of experience in safety management, internal safety management work, and 5S.
    - Internal communication in English (Intermediate level)
    - Willing go business trip (Domestic)

    <PREFER>
    - Communicate in Japanese (from N3 level)
