    1. Monitoring output daily, analyze production data such as: Raw material, mechanical error,... to make improvement
    2. Working with other departments to solve problems such as: quality, production schedule, improve mold or injection machine,...
    3. Understanding process to take control plan and improvement, supervise manpower in area
    4. Other tasks will be asked by Manager.

  • 応募条件

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from university with technical majors: Mechanical, mechatronics, Automation Engineer or related major.
    - English: At least Intermediate level.
    - At least 5 years of experience as Production Engineering in manufacturing company
    - At least 2 years of experience working as Engineering Leader, Engineering Assistant Manager in manufacturing company
    - Proficiency of reading 3D drawing to work with other department to improve trouble issue
    - Understading about injection molding.
    - Knowledge of QC 7 tools, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, 5 core tools.
    - Good in project management, problem solving, leadership.

    - Having experience in Japanese company
