  ■Job Summary
  One of our clients, which is trading electronic components, is now looking for a Head of Legal and Internal Control
  
  ■Job detail
  ①In charge of legal/internal control matter of the Company
  - In charge and responsible for all issues related to legal, legality, internal control of all business transactions of the Company
  - Advising, supporting, consulting, and giving appropriate, timely and accurate solutions to the Board of Directors about legal issues related to all activities in the company (related to corporate financial management, administrative - human resources, import and export, various types of contracts, periodical training and regular inspection and monitoring of compliance with internal regulations of the Company....)
  - Directly participate in legal activities assigned by the Board of Directors, in order to ensure the legal activity of the Company
  
  ②Building, checking and managing the company's policy system
  - Coordinate with other departments in the company to develop and check internal management policies (legal documents) to ensure that the policies are being issued and implemented in full compliance with the provisions of the current legislation
  - Conduct an assessment of the risk factors that may occur, affecting the decisions and business performance of the Company - Apply appropriate risk management methods and propose and coordinate with foreign consulting firms to come up with effective prevention and remedy measures for possible legal problems
  - Participate in drafting and checking the legality of documents, legal documents and contracts, agreements... to ensure the legitimate interests of the Company as well as all activities are being carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the practice of applying the law of Vietnam
  - Update and analyze new regulations and supplements on current laws related to the Company's activities and promptly share it to BODs
  - Organize training to relevant members on the timely implementation of relevant legal policies to ensure that all operational processes and procedures of the Company are legal
  
  ③Managing legal issues with partners outside the Company
  - The Company's representative conducts negotiations and exchanges with partners outside the enterprise, including: government, suppliers ...., handling complex issues with related parties.
