• 仕事内容

  - In charge of outflow materials
  - Reconcile quantities of the closing balance, movement of raw material, finished goods every month
  - Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., material, revenue, and account receivable and so on)
  - Keep track of some suppliers and accounts payable in order to ensure to make payment for the exact balance of payable account and valid document, inform to the supervisor in case of errors occurred.
  - Check and keep track e-invoice from suppliers
  - Register PIT’s code for new staff.
  - Liaison with the tax office for submission & receipt of several tax documents
  - Make reports related to revenue, stock
  - Support for external, internal audit and other inspections or audits (if any)
  - Other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant
