  The Japanese manager will teach you how to manage your tasks. and also you will manage operators/workers
  
  1) Production control
  - Attendance at the internal meeting
  - Managing the number of orders
  - Delivery date and inventory management
  - Oversee the performance of employees
  - Safety procedures, assessment
  
  2) Maintenance machines (Mortor etc)
  - Ensure that all equipment for diapers is running smoothly
  - Ensure that the machinery is in accordance to industrial codes.
  - Set up new machines
