  - Receiving orders, assisting customers in the order making process
  - Participate in the production of samples, ensure the quality of samples before sending to customers
  - Track customer feedback, negotiate a contract
  - Working with engineering, purchasing and materials departments to secure raw materials for production
  - Work with production departments, engineering and quality management teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  - Calculate the cost of related goods and services
  - Report to the upper level of the metrics related to orders
