    - Responsible for research and planning air-conditioning in the Vietnam market.

    Details
    1) Research in Vietnam market
    - Ask about the Vietnam market to Sales employee(There are around 100 employees in this company)
    Because the sales staff communicate with contractors and dealers every day.
    - Ask about the Vietnam market to contractors and dealers directly sometimes. (case by case)
    - Research what competitors do?

    2) Developpe new air-conditions products
    - Planning new product and make a report to the Japanese manager
    (Cost, design, size, it's possible, or not?)
    - Presentation to the factory where is in Thailand.
    Usually, they will come to Vietnam or online them, we have a meeting. however, sometimes you should go business trip to the factory in Thailand

    3) Watching after selling a new product
    - Watch the effect.
    - Think of strategy as the next step.
    - Report to the Japanese manager

    【MUST】
    - Strong knowledge of design for air-conditioning.
    *HVAC Design&consultant ,Main/Sub-contractor(Supervisor,Design) or manufacturer(A/C service,QC,)
    - At least 5 years in the commercial HVAC industry
    - Be able to smoothly communicate with related internal, external departments to achieve our goals.
    - English: At least Intermediate level

    - Having experienced for Big Japanese company
