  - They are getting ISO 9000 and 14000 now.
  - They want to get 9000 first, and get 14000.
  - Japanese manager is in charge of ISO, but he is busy. So need 1 more new staff for this position.

  - Support for Japanese manager and Vietnamese production manager.
  - cooperate with 2 QC staff and the other all staffs.
  - Take action plans and lead in accordance with the standards and regulations.
  - Instruct according to ISO(9001), and check their Manufacturing.
  - Improve and KAIZEN their process and Manufacturing.
  - Other tasks from Japanese manager.
