  - Be part of QC Department, in charge of QC tasks
  - If Having enough skill, company can offer as leader from beginning
  
  *Duties:
  - Handle any issues regarding quality control during production
  - Investigate, solve complaints from clients
  - Cooperate with production team by reporting quality problem
  - Make quality reports and organize quality meeting
  - Deal with clients and follow suppliers
  - Report directly to Japanese manger in English
  - Kaizen assign to production team
