Momo began her career at Mynavi in Japan, working in B2B sales within the part-time recruitment sector for over five years.

After relocating to Vietnam, she joined Reeracoen Vietnam in September 2022 as a Recruiting Adviser. In January 2024, she stepped into a leadership role, managing a team of Japanese members.
