【Job Summary】This role focuses on the production management of materials required for events executed by the Event Marketing Team. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and promotional giveaways, managing progress, deadlines, and quality, as well as providing operational support on the day of the event.While final orders and contract terms require approval from the Team Leader, this position is responsible for the operational execution (requirement definition, coordination, progress tracking, quality checks, and on-site response).【Job Detail】▪️Production Management (Subject to Leader Approval):- Define requirements for event materials (POSM such as venue decorations, fixtures, POP displays, and giveaway goods) including size, material, quantity, and delivery terms.- Obtain quotes, coordinate with vendors, and manage progress/deadlines.- Conduct quality checks on deliverables and manage receipt, inventory, and logistics (loading/unloading) as needed.- Organize information and report to internal stakeholders for order approvals and term finalization.▪️Stakeholder Coordination:- Align with the Event Marketing Team on production requirements and priorities.- Coordinate with the Design Team and other stakeholders regarding data receipt, revisions, and final submission (print-ready files).▪️Event Preparation & On-site Support:- Supervise night-time venue setups.- Support events held on Saturdays and Sundays (generally involves working approx. twice a month).- Support event preparation tasks (equipment preparation, arranging transport/logistics, etc.).
