<Job Summary>You will be in charge of the Chief Accountant in the Japanese Automotive shop, Suzuki.<Detail>1. Manage and operate the Accounting Department:a) Assign and supervise tasks; guide and monitor accounting staff in areas such as Assets, Materials, Receivables/Payables, Inventory, Costing, Payments – Expenses, etc.b) Develop and supervise accounting procedures, chart of accounts, forms, reports, inventory processes, etc., in accordance with accounting standards and internal control requirements; instruct staff to implement them properly.2. Financial and Accounting Management:a) Review, approve, and supervise accounting transactions related to automobile sales and repair/maintenance services; manage documentation, accounting books, invoices, and ensure confidentiality of accounting data.b) Monitor and manage receivables and payables; control balances of assets and capital; track revenue and expenses to ensure stable cash flow for business operations.c) Review, consolidate, prepare, and analyze reports such as Investment Reports (FDI), Financial Statements, Management Reports, etc., on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.d) Develop internal control systems related to assets, goods, materials, cash, etc.e) Coordinate with other departments to control costs and budget limits.3.
