    【Job Summary】
    - Be responsible for HR and admin activities

    【Main responsibilities】
    1. Recruitment activities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including handling hiring requests, posting job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and coordinating interviews, preparing and extending job offers, and supporting the onboarding process for new employees.

    2. HR management:
    - Employee Records Management (by software): HR database, personnel profile (contract, appendix, personal document)
    - Manage employee status changes (promotion, transfer, resignation, termination)
    - Ensure proper offboarding and exit procedures
    - Prepare HR reports to Government/managers on request
    - Work with local authorities about labor, foreign staff

    3. C&B:
    - Salary calculation by software
    - Coordinate the annual bonus and salary review process.
    - Declare monthly social insurance, PIT
    - Apply PIT code for staffs and their dependents
    - Prepare PIT finalization
    - Worker’s compensation insurance

    4. Training: support to conduct training programs of HR, HR software, employee assessment

    5. Administration:
    - Track and proceed visa, work permit, TRC for expats (coordinate with Admin staff).
    - Update internal website/ homepages

    6. Legal compliance
    - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations
    - Monitor and update changes in relevant legal requirements
    - Coordinate with Legal Section to make new/adjust template and company regulations
    - Support implementation of disciplinary procedures in accordance with legal regulations

    7. Other tasks as being required by superiors.

资格

  • 任职资格

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
    - At least 3 year of working experience in HR Admin or similar role
    - Familiarity with labor law and HR procedures
    - Can communicate in English (Upper Intermediate level)
    - Computer skills: word, excel, power point

    <Prefer>
    - Working in Japanese company
