    - Manage and supervise the design and construction activities of high-rise and low-rise residential projects; oversee technical operations for office buildings; and review design and legal documentation for new projects.

    【Job description】
    - Supervise construction quality, progress, cost, and safety.
    - Review designs (concept, basic, and technical).
    - Review legal documentation for new projects.
    - Study and propose concept plan designs for new projects.
    - Resolve technical issues related to office buildings.
    - Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to support the above activities.
    - Prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

资格

  • 任职资格

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction
    - Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager for high-rise and/or low-rise residential projects
    - Business-level English proficiency
    - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods
    - Ability to develop and review concept designs

    <SKILLS>
    - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software
    - Project management and problem-solving skills.
    - Communication and teamwork skills.
