    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Hanoi sales team in promoting and distributing a diverse range of industrial supplies, tools, and machinery.
    This position is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on developing strategy, building strong customer relationships, and driving business performance.

    As the Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities targeting the manufacturing and electronics sectors across Northern Vietnam.
    You will be responsible for defining and executing business strategies, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
    This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of industrial consumables and market dynamics.
    You will collaborate closely with suppliers, technical teams, and senior management to provide effective solutions and maintain competitive market positioning.
    The successful candidate will be expected to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales management to achieve sustainable growth.


    【Key Responsibilities】
    -Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the manufacturing and electronics industries.
    -Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers.
    -Coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams to deliver optimal product solutions.
    -Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend business development strategies.
    -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to the sales team.
    -Negotiate terms and contracts with major clients in alignment with company policies.
    -Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic proposals for management.
    -Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales support.
    -Other tasks

资格

  • 应征条件

    【MUST】
    -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
    -Degree not required with sufficient experience
    -English (Intermediate or high)
    -At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial consumables.
    -Strong network in manufacturing sectors.
    -Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT)

    【Advantage】
    -Japanese Level: N3 or above
    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    -Familiar with technical product specifications
