    【Job Summary】
    As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, coordinating sales operations, and supporting the sales team in the industrial machinery/packaging/inspection systems sector.
    You will liaise with internal departments (engineering, service, logistics, finance) and external clients to ensure smooth end-to-end sales execution.
    You are a strategic-minded doer: supporting major sales initiatives, managing key accounts, leading proposals, and helping coach junior sales staff.
    You’ll report to the Sales Manager / Country Head and act as a bridge between field operations and headquarters. Your success will directly impact market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability in Vietnam.

    -Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding business with existing accounts
    -Prepare, review, and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in a technically sound way
    -Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery with clients, in coordination with legal/finance teams
    -Coordinate with engineering, service, production, and logistics to ensure feasibility, timely delivery, installation, and commissioning
    -Monitor order progress, ensure client requirements are met, and manage any escalation
    -Prepare forecasts, sales pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management
    -Lead or assist with sales campaigns, promotional programs, and new product rollouts
    -Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers (R&D, operations, procurement) in client organizations
    -Train, mentor, and support junior sales staff (sales coordinators, engineers) to improve productivity and sales capabilities
    -Conduct market intelligence: track competitor moves, customer trends, pricing shifts, regulatory changes
    -Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical workshops as needed

资格

  • 应征条件

    【MUST】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
    - At least 5 years of Experience in B2B sales in the manufacturing machinery industry.
    - Proficient in either English (Intermediate) OR Japanese (N2 Intermediate level).
    - Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
    - Willing to travel on business trips, domestic & overseas.

    【PREFER】
    - Experience in B2B sales within the food industry, especially seafood.
    -Sales management, customer relationship building, knowledge of basic business & import-export, and mechanical knowledge.
    -Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
    -Familiarity with the Mekong Delta market is an advantage.
