  - Issue VAT invoice and Delivery notes cum internal shipping
  - Booking entries Cash receipt/payment
  - Registration Beneficiary name of master data in Mankichi system
  - Checking entries Inventory module on Mankichi system
  - Prepare payment via SMBC by csv file that is exported from MKS system
  - In charged book-keeping Bank (Vietcombank, Mizuho, SMBC)
  - Collect invoices and related supporting documents from internal and external parties related to purchasing and exporting
  - Filling documents in hard copy (IR, Sales invoices, Bank payment, BR)
  - Checking and confirming statement account from suppliers
  - Monthly check and reconcile revenue
  - Make AR reconciliation with customer
  - Prepare monthly AR reports and overdue payment from customer reports
  - Prepare monthly/quarter/yearly statics reports to submit to State Bank
  - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chief accountant
