  <Responsible>
  - Responsible for doing all of task of factory management as a deputy factory manager.
  
  <Detail>
  - Control/Manage the factory operation (production, quality, shipment and so on mainly purpose is to know the situation of production activities to report to Factory manager)
  - Communication between HQ - Japanese Technical Department(mainly Web meeting) and Vietnamese staff (Factory) to convey the direction, suggestion, opinion and so on
  - Desk work.
  - Production control
  - Quality control
  - Inventory control.
  - Technical improvement (kaizen)
  - Report to Vietnamese Factory Manager
  - Drive safety through the proper use of machines, tools and equipment.
  - Lead and training for Vietnamese staff members.
  - Other task will be assigned by manager
