    ★Responsibility
    - Responsible for the research and development of any activity related to creating innovation in existing services, products, or processes or discovering new improvements to create new products
    ★Job detail
    - Improve existing products
    - Research, test raw materials and prepare samples
    - Basic and applied research on breadcrumbs
    - Quantification and visualization visualization of product characteristics, etc.
    - Completing and upgrading technological processes, optimizing production and business conditions of enterprises.
    - Monitor and supervise the entire production process of sample products.
    - Manage and provide timely solutions for R&D projects on new and improved products.
    - Review and update output standards of quality, product norms, production processes, etc. for the company's products and services.
    - Monitor and organize activities and functions of R&D Department
    - Report on the activities of the R&D Department upon request to the Board of Directors of the Company.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ＜MUST＞
    - Graduated from University with major related in food industry
    - At least 5 years of experience in the field of food industry development
    - Experience in management
    - Experience in the field of flour and frozen food is a plus.
    - Welcome candidates who are passionate about bread crumbs for fried products.
    - Can work overtime or go to shift when required by the Company
    - Foreign languages: able to read and write emails and documents in English (Intermediate)

    <PREFER>
    - Candidate used to work in Japanese company
    - Statistical experience is an advantage.
    - Candidate can speak JPN is an advantage

    <SKILL>
    - PC skills: EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT
