    One of our clients, which is in the real estate (Industrial park) industry, is now looking for a DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR.
    You will be Reporting to General Director (GD).

    【What you will be working on】
    -Build up the IP from land acquisition, and project development to operation.
    -Manage and control the operation of IP such as landscaping, security, traffic, firefighting, utility supply (electricity, water, wastewater, telecommunication), rules & regulations to bring the best service to customers.
    -Work with Authorities and Customers/All stakeholders (Government affairs) to run the IP business smoothly and successfully.
    -Cooperate with the HR department for people development.
    -Other tasks assigned by General Director.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】

    （Must）
    -15 years in project management, experience in Industrial Park Operation
    -Knowledge and experience in Land management, project management, IP development, and operation
    -English: Upper-Intermediate

    （Advantageous）
    -Bachelor/Master’s degree in Construction Management / Engineering / Architecture or a related field.
