    ★Responsibility
    - Improving internal compliance and operating for Legal and HR
    - Supporting Senior and Japanese

    ★Details
    ・ Improvement, new formulation, and unification of internal regulations regarding compliance.
    ・ Deployment and dissemination of in-house systems and compliance standards to each department.
    ・ Collaboration with Japan Headquarters and Singapore Regional Headquarters and share How-to to other branches
    ・ Promotion of risk management
    ・ Review and review of contracts, negotiations related to contracts
    ・ Support senior to do internal audit
    ・ Other tasks

资格

  • 应征条件

    ★Must
    - Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
    - Japanese N2 advance
    - At least 2 years of working experience
    - Interested in resolving the organizational issue and Corporate governance
    - Being able to think logically and executing quickly
    - Being able to work independently

    ★Advantage
    - Have knowledge about Internal control, Risk management, Legal affairs, Budget control, Business planning
    - Working experience in Japanese company
