    <Job summary>
    The Director of Channel Sales (General Manager) is responsible for the development and execution of company's channel distribution strategy in order to achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

    The Channel Sales Director will report directly to the President of the company.

    Job description:
    - Develop and implement the overall strategic business plan, including demand creation, market intelligence, product planning and development, distribution and pricing
    - Own the overall business results which include revenue, profitability, return on capital and growth to meet assigned target and strategic objectives
    - Detailed, accurate quarterly forecasting to achieve sales target and ensure stocks management, order loading is well
    - Establish, communicate and execute short and long-range business goals, objectives and policies.
    - Recruit new channel partners and develop existing partner relationships in nationwide to expand business and increase market share for the company
    - Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
    - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Advises customers on strategic business and technology plans, drive distributors to expand reseller network
    - Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
    - Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
    - Co-ordinate with business marketing and planning to implement channel marketing plans
    - Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ●Experience
    - 10 year experience working in foreign trading company in management roles
    - 10+ year experience of driving channel sales ideally in high-tech MNCs ( Multinational corporation )
    ●Language
    - Upper intermediate English: company communication(they have Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese sales employees)
    ●Skill
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
    - Driven, highly motivated and passionate in sales.
    - Good analytical, planning & presentation skills
    - Ability to work effectively across different cultures
