    1 position: Heat Exchanger (Semi) Line Control
    1 position: Piping Line Control

    Description of each position
    - Manpower and attendance control
    - Production line and Jig/ tool control.
    - Document, standard issue for OP, Leader to work.
    - Control activity and follow-up production to achieve the goal.
    - Always monitor and take action to improve the product to the best quality.
    - Check production schedules on an hourly basis to ensure production schedules.
    - Process control to up quality and reduce defect cost.
    - Discuss to come up with solutions when problems arise
    - Join the 5S/Safety/Audit/Kaizen activities to improve product quality
    - Planning new human resources training, improve skills for workers, leaders.
    - Follow and control systems as ISO standard.
    - Collaborate and support other departments to accomplish common goals of the department as well as the factory
    - Receive and carry out the work required by Supervisor and Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Male age between 25-30 years
    - Diploma or higher in Electrical, Industry or related fields.
    - Have 2-5 years of experience an foreman in manufacture
    - Ability to work at both day & night shifts
    - Technical knowledge of manufacturing/production process
    - Ability to read and understand drawings
    - Good English
    - Good computer skill (Microsoft Office )
    - Have relevant skills:
    + Troubleshooting and leadership skills
    + High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
    + Good communication and interpersonal skills
    + Priority people living in Hung Yen
