  1. Strict about delivery date management
  2. Working overtime 5-6 hours a week for 2nd week and 3rd week every month without OT
  3. Contact with Japanese female manager in Japan(She gets orders from sales team)

  In dist 7, they get orders from Japan to edit, retouch and crop photos for marriage, Coming of Age Day(20th year-old)etc.. with Photoshop.
  Now they have 6 photoshop engineer, and 1 technical leader(28 year-old), and they need someone who can manage the orders from Japan and manage 7 Vietnamese members.
