  • Job Description

    1. Charge of the process from receiving the order until delivery to the customer
    - Frequent contact, work with customers
    - Going to the assigned market to capture the situation, resolve the complaint as well as propose the support schemes to increase customer turnover.
    2. Schedule calendars, targets and follow-up:
    - Plan work for sales staff in the group
    - Allocate sales targets, to sales staff in the group
    - Track and divide the goods for each employee by region and channel in charge
    - Supervise the performance of the quota with the staff of the group
    3. Management, training and recruitment
    - Follow and grasp the situation
    4. Collecting and summarizing market information:
    - Collect price fluctuation in Supermarket, Master Dealer and other small customers.
    - Collect and aggregate data on sales policy, customer policy of other competitors through sales and other information channels.
    - Collect customer information, changes and fluctuations in customers' financial status, debt and business. Provide timely information to the debtors and halls if there are any adverse changes to the Company's operations
    5. Statistics of business situation and customers:
    - Statistics aggregate sales by customers, items of each time
    - Statistics of fluctuations in import prices, selling prices, import volumes, sales volumes and average prices of each period of business.
    - Understand the relative rules of selling prices, quantity, sales of each customer and future development trend of these customers.
    - Promptly detect and develop potential customers through the integrated reports of sales and field sales.
    - Provide timely information to the debt group and the sales department if the customer's fluctuations are unfavorable and affect the company's interests, especially debt.
    6. Statistics and reports on business activities:
    - Report on business situation, inventory situation in the company in multiple dimensions and store for future business planning.
    - Collect sales reports for each department and report to the Board on a regular basis.
    - Report on the business performance of the Chamber compared with the norms and plans assigned periodically or extraordinarily.

    NOTE : with this position, director does not manage on time, place of work, daily work, it is important to ensure the sales of the team.
    Product : Nokia cell phone.
    Sales object: Nokia phone dealer
    Targeted sales: Nokia phone distribution agents, retail systems (similar to Viễn Thông A, Thế giới di động,....)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Education: College degree in economics, Marketing, business administration..... related industries.
    - Experience: 3 year experience at the same position (Teamleader in Electronics and Telecommunication (Mobile phone, Laptop, Ipad,..)
    - Language: English (can read & writing) - Because sometimes meeting with the partner (Nokia) in English (listen & understand - no need to say). 100% communicate in Vietnamese internally
    SKILL:
    - Good at Microsoft Office
    - Communication and social skills.
