【Job Summary】- Responsibility for legal activities【Job description】(details)1. Corporate:- Coordinate and contact with relevant government authorities in Quang Ninh for implementing administrative procedures related to business operations of the company: business registration procedures, establishment of Company / Rep Office / Branch and changes in business registration related content.- Providing legal advice for operations such as sales & marketing, intellectual property, labor & employment, other relevant activities...2. Project- Coordinate and contact with relevant government authorities; Work with external consultants for implementing administrative procedures related to amending Investment Certificate, Prior Investment Approval.- Provide legal advice on M&A deal; draft/review/work with external consultants to finalize all agreements/contracts relevant to M&A deal.- Provide legal comments and recommendations on project procedures in Quang Ninh and other contracts in the North of Vietnam (if any) and respect of land, compensation, industrial estate, real estate & property, project management…3.
